Not professional at all with other organizations wanting to network. Response from them via email: Thank you for reaching out. We are a training facility for veterinary assistants and technicians. We are not interested in what you have to offer and do not wish to affiliate in any way with your organization. Hope they teach because they dont practice professionalism.

Such great teachers!! Kathy and Andrea love what they do and they love and care for animals!! They are a wonderful resource and I trust them. Highly recommend!

Instructors are extremely rude. I lost the address to one of the farms we were going to for a lab and instead of just texting me the address they said "well didn't you write it down?" The attitude was unnecessary. One time they were over an hour late for a lab and didn't even apologize. Maybe they forgot to write the address down!

I have been there now quite a few times in a 2 week time frame. My dog being a new patient got sick they took me in instantly and kept on being accommodating for us and still do I am very impressed. We are still trying to figure out what is going on with my Lolo and it really seems like the whole team at Mountain Vale is going above and beyond from front desk to vet tech to vet Lolo and I thank you 🐾
